1. Perform the duties prescribed in the bylaws as follows:
   1. To formulate drafts of academic calendars and, after consulting and receiving feedback from Campus constituencies, propose calendars to the Academic Senate covering Fall, Spring, and Winterim semesters and Summer sessions.
2. Develop Academic Calendar drafts for Fall 2020 through Summer 2022.
3. *Develop a Calendar Committee procedure manual.
4. #Explore feasible options to address the NCC make-up policy as it relates to modalities that can be utilized to satisfy class assignments. Present to the Academic Senate no later than March 2019.
